Penne with Tomato n Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • Penne Pasta -1cup
  • Chopped Onion-1small
  • Chopped Garlic-5-6 cloves
  • Tomato Puree-1cup
  • Mayonnaise-3-4 tbsp
  • Capsicum-1small
  • Carrot-1small
  • Green Chilli-1tspn
  • Milk-1cup
  • Sugar-1 tspn
  • Basil-1/2tspn
  • Refined oil-1tbsp
  • Olive oil (for cooking )-2tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

Heat the Olive oil in a large pan over, add the garlic and Onion cook it till transparency. Add Chicken and Mushrooms until chicken gets white and mushrooms are tender.Season with salt and pepper,
In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta in the mushroom and chicken mixture.Add White Sauce mix it well.Cook it for sometime then add milk and butter stir it well.When its starts to thickening remove from heat.Add Parmesan cheese give it a mix and garnish with cheese to serve.

Farfalle wid tomato n cheese

Ingredients:
  • Farfalle (boiled) – 100gm
  • Garlic Cloves – 5-6
  • Onion -1 small
  • Green chilli – 2
  • Tomato – 2 large
  • Black pepper – 1tbsp
  • Olive oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Sugar
  • Salt to taste
 
Method:
Make a coarsely grind paste from Garlic,onion,tomato,green chilli,black pepper,1 tbsp olive oil.
Take a pan pour olive oil in it.Now add the paste in the pan and cook it for 5- 10 mins.

Add boiled farfalle and give it a good mix cook it for 5-10 mins.Add some Parmesan cheese mix it and serve hot.

Macaroni(Pasta) with Black Olive and Chicken Sausages

 

   Ingredients:

  • Macaroni(parboiled)- 1cup
  • Baby Onions- 4-5
  • Tomato Puree- 4-5 tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic – 1tbsp
  • Black Olives – 5-6
  • Chicken Sausages – 2(cuts in 1/2inch pcs)
  • Chopped Parsley – 1tsp
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Sugar- 1/2tsp

Method:
Take a pan and pour olive oil in it.Then add chopped garlic,baby onions stir it now add chicken sausages,tomato puree,salt and sugar cook it for 5-7 mins.

Now add Macaroni to it and give it good mix.Add olives cook it for 5-10 mins.

Sprinkle some chopped parsley.remove from fire and serve hot.

Penne with Mushroom and Chicken in White sauce

For White Sauce:
Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups hot milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • Salt and pepper
Method:
Melt the butter in a medium size sauce pan. Stir in flour to make a paste and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Stir continuously, don’t allow paste to brown. Remove pan from heat and whisk in hot milk. Return pan to medium high heat and whisk continuously, especially along sides and bottom to prevent lumps.Now, season it with salt and pepper.Keep aside.

For Penne Pasta:

ingredients:
  • 2 Cups Cooked pasta
  • 1 Chicken Breast pc (Cut in 1 inch square pcs)
  • 1 Large onion, chopped
  • 4 Big Garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Fresh sliced Button mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Corn Kernels
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Method:
