Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingredients:
Long bread – 1
Crushed Garlic – 8-10 cloves
Salted butter – 100 gm
Garlic bread seasoning
Crushed Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Pizza cheese
Red chili flakes
Method:
Preheat your oven at 180ºC.
Mix Garlic,butter and 1 tsp seasoning in a bowl.
Cut the bread horizontally in two then vertically in 2 inch pieces.Apply butter mix then,sprinkle black pepper,chili flakes and seasoning.
Now top it with grated cheese.
Bake it till light golden brown and melted cheese.

 

Amori with sausage and corn

Ingredients:
Amori (kind of pasta) – 1 cup
Sausage – 2-cut in horizontally
American sweet corn – 1/2 cup
Chopped garlic – 2 tbsp
Chopped onion – 1 medium
Chili flakes – 1 tsp
Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
Tomato sauce – 2-3 tbsp
Black Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Italian seasoning – 1 tsp
Olive oil – 3-4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Boil the pasta in salted water as per your requirement.Drain it and keep aside.
Take a pan hot olive oil saute garlic and onion for few minutes then, add sausage and corn saute till get lightly brown.
Now time for boiled pasta stir well and cook for some time.Add chili flakes,mayonnaise,milk,tomato sauce,black pepper powder,Italian seasoning,salt mix it all well cook till the sauce become thick.Taste for all seasoning.Serve hot.

 

Penne with Beef and Peas

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups Lukewarm milk
3 tablespoons flour
Salt and pepper
2 cups Cooked penne
1 cup Minced beef
1/2 cup green peas
1 Large onion, chopped
2 Big Garlic cloves chopped
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, shredded
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black Pepper

Method:
Melt the butter in a medium size sauce pan. Stir in flour to make a paste and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Stir continuously, don’t allow paste to brown. Remove pan from heat and whisk in lukewarm milk. Return pan to medium high heat and whisk continuously, especially along sides and bottom to prevent lumps.Now, season it with salt and pepper.Keep aside.

Heat the Olive oil in a large pan over, add the garlic and Onion cook it till transparency. Add beef and peas cook until Beef is tender.Season with salt and pepper,Add White Sauce mix it well.Cook it for sometime then add milk ,stir it well.When its starts to thickening remove from heat.Add Parmesan cheese give it a mix and garnish with cheese to serve.

NOTE: You can use minced chicken or pork.

Meaty Lasagna (lah/ZAH/nyah)

INGREDIENTS:
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Chopped onions – 2 medium
Minced garlic – 2 tbsp
Dried basil – 2 tsp
Dried oregano – 2 tsp
Italian seasoning – 2 tsp
Ground beef – 2 cups
Ground pork – 2 cups
Crushed tomato – 2 cup
Tomato puree – 1 cup
Tomato paste – 1 cup
Red chili sauce – 1/3 cup
Worcestershire sauce – 1 tbsp
Lasagna sheets – 12
Shredded mozzarella cheese – 4 cups

METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and dried herbs; cook for 5 minutes.Crumble in beef and pork and brown all over, about 10- 15 minutes. Stir in tomato puree,crushed tomato, chili sauce,tomato paste and Worcestershire Sauce, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 1-2 hours.Stir occasionally.
Spread 1/4 of the sauce in to a 13- x 9-in casserole dish. Top with 3 lasagna sheet. Layer with 1/4 more sauce and 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat layers twice, ending with cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

- You can replace beef and pork with ground chicken.

Spaghetti with Chicken Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:

Spaghetti(cooked aldante or as per packet instruction  )- 250 gms

For the meatballs:
Ground Chicken- 2 cup
Fresh white bread crumbs- 1/2 cup
Chopped Parsley- 1 tsp
Chopped Onion- 1/2 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese- 1/3 cup
Ground black pepper- 1 tsp
Egg, beaten- 1
salt to taste
Olive oil

For the sauce:
Olive oil- 1 tbsp
Chopped Onion- 1
Minced garlic- 2 tbsp
Crushed tomatoes in puree- 1/2 can
Chopped Parsley- 1/2 tbsp
Ground black pepper- 1 tsp

METHOD:
Place the ground chicken,bread crumbs, parsley, Parmesan, salt, pepper,onion,egg,olive oil.Combine everything together.Now by using your hands,make golf ball size meatballs.Keep aside.
Pour olive oil for shallow fry into a large skillet heat the oil. Very carefully, in batches, place the meatballs in the oil and brown them well on all sides over medium-low heat, turning carefully with a spatula or a fork. This should take about 10 minutes for each batch. Don’t crowd the meatballs. Remove the meatballs to a plate covered with paper towels. Discard the oil but don’t clean the pan.

For the sauce, heat the olive oil in the same pan. Add the onion and saute over medium heat until translucent, 5 to 10 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.Stir in the tomatoes,salt, and pepper,cheese.
Add the meatballs and parsley to the sauce, cover, and simmer on the lowest heat for 25 to 30 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through.
Now in a bowl toss cooked spaghetti with olive oil and a pinch of salt.Place it on a serving platter and Pour some of the sauce over the spaghetti and some meatballs.Serve hot top of with some of the grated Parmesan Cheese.

Multicolored Fusilli in Cream Tomato sauce

INGREDIENTS:

Cooked Fusilli- 500gms(85 percent done)
Minced Garlic-2 tbsp
Chopped White Onion-1/2 cup
Tomato Puree – 1 cup
Tomato Sauce- 4 tbsp
Chili Flakes- 1 tsp
Heavy Cream -1/2 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder- 1 tsp
Paprika- 1/2 tsp
Oregano- 1 tbsp
Parmesan Cheese- 1 cup
Olive oil-2-3tbsp
Butter- 1tsp

METHOD:
Take a pan heat olive oil and butter.Add garlic saute it for a second then add onions saute it till the onions get     translucent.Then add tomato puree cook it for 5 minutes then add tomato sauce,black pepper pwd,paprika,chili flakes,salt,sugar cook it for another 5 minutes and then add boiled fusilli into the sauce mix it well in the sauce now add cream and milk cook it for 5-8 minutes.Now add Cheese n oregano mix it well.Serve it hot in a platter with cheese garnish.

Spaghetti with vegies n chicken

Ingredients:

Boiled Spaghetti – 100 gm(for1 serving)
Thick Sliced Onion-1small
Chopped Garlic-1-2 cloves
Broccoli Florets-2-3
Thick Sliced Capsicum-1 small
Carrot(cut lengthwise)-1small
Chicken – 1/2 cup
Milk-1cup
Sugar-1 tspn
Crushed Black Pepper – 1 tspn
Butter – 1 tbsp
Basil-1/2tspn
Refined oil-1tbsp
Olive oil (for cooking )-2tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:

Take a pan pour olive oil in it.Add chopped Garlic slightly fry it then add onion when the onion is getting transparent then add the chicken cook it for 5 minutes.Now add Capsicum,Carrot,Broccoli,salt and sugar cook it for some time when the vegetables are 50 percent done add Milk bring it to boil then add the boiled pasta and crushed black pepper stir it well.Cook it for 5min then add butter in it and cook it for 3-4 min.Add Basil in it and serve it hot.

Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs
salt to taste
1 teaspoon – ground black pepper
1/2 cup – all purpose flour for dredging
3 tablespoons – olive oil
1 large – green bell pepper,chopped
1 – onion, chopped
3 – garlic cloves, finely chopped
3/4 – cup dry white wine
1 – diced tomatoes
3/4 cup chicken broth/stock
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves

METHOD:
Sprinkle the chicken pieces with 1 teaspoon of each salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour to coat lightly.
In a large heavy saute pan, heat the oil over a medium-high flame. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and saute just until brown, about 5 minutes per side. If all the chicken does not fit in the pan, saute it in 2 batches. Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside. Add the bell pepper, onion and garlic to the same pan and saute over medium heat until the onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the wine and simmer until reduced by half, about 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes with their juice, chicken broth/stock and oregano. Return the chicken pieces to the pan and turn them to coat in the sauce. Bring the sauce to a simmer. Continue simmering over medium-low heat until the chicken is just cooked through, about 30 minutes for the breast pieces, and 20 minutes for the thighs.
Using tongs, transfer the chicken to a platter. If necessary, boil the sauce until it thickens slightly, about 3 minutes.Spoon the sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle with the basil and serve.

Spaghetti with Pork Chops

Ingredients:
Olive oil-3 tablespoons
Garlic cloves,minced- 2
Crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)- 1/8 teaspoon
Teaspoon-Italian Seasoning
Pork chops-1
Chopped fresh tomatoes- 1 cups
Salt to taste
Spaghetti – 100 gms
Grated parmesan cheese- 4 tablespoon

Method:
Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add garlic,crushed black pepper.Rub it into the pork chops then brown slowly in pan. Add tomatoes, Italian seasoning,crushed red pepper and salt. Cover and cook slowly for 20 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 20 minutes or until tender. Cook the spaghetti, drain and toss with butter and Parmesan. Add 1/2 cup sauce to the spaghetti on a hot platter, arrange the chops on the spaghetti and pour sauce over all.Serve Hot.

Gnocchi with Chicken

Ingredients:
Gnocchi Pasta -1cup
Onion(Sliced and cut in half lengthwise) -1small
Chopped Garlic-5-6 cloves
Tomato Puree-1cup
Milk – 1 cup
Chicken(cut in 1 inch square)- 1 cup
Sugar-1 tsp
Parmesan Cheese – 1/2 cup
Basil-1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder -1/2 tsp
Olive oil -2 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:

Boil water in a utensil add some Salt and Refined oil in it.Cook the pasta in this till its floats up.Drain it.keep aside.
Take a pan pour olive oil in it.Add chopped Garlic slightly fry it then add onion when the onion is getting transparent add Chicken,black pepper powder,salt and sugar cook it for some time when chicken are 80 percent done add  tomato puree.Cook it for a while.Add Gnocchi mix it well in the mixture.Add Milk stir it well.Cook it for 5 min then and cheese in it for 5 min.Add Basil in it and serve it hot.
