Cheese Garlic Biscuits

All-purpose flour – 1 3/4 cups
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
Butter(room temperature) – 5 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
Shredded Cheddar cheese – 1 cup
Butter, melted – 1/4 cup
Minced garlic – 2 tbsp

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Make a well in the center of flour mixture. Add the milk and cheddar cheese, stir to combine. Drop batter by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned. While biscuits are baking mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush garlic butter over hot baked biscuits.

White Sandwich Bread

All purpose flour – 4 cup
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Salt- 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/4 Cup
Water (120° F/49°C) – 1 1/2 cup
Active dry yeast – 1 1/2 tbsp

Take a big mixing bowl add water,salt,sugar,yeast,oil,2 cups of flour and mix it thoroughly.Now cover it with a damp cloth for 2 hours in a warm place.After 2 hours,Gradually add about 4 cups flour, knead it until it will become a smooth dough. Place dough in a greased bowl, and turn several times to coat it with oil. Cover with a damp cloth. Allow to rise until doubled.
When its doubled in size Punch down the dough, let it rest a few minutes. Divide dough into 2 equal parts. Shape into loaves, and place in 2 greased loaf or bread pans. Let rise until almost doubled.
Bake at 350° F/175°C for 20 – 25 minutes.
Let it cool and cut as u like.Serve fresh.

Dinner Rolls

All Purpose Flour- 4 cups
Sugar-1/2 cup
Salt- 1 tsp
Melted butter (lukewarm)- 1/2 cup
Milk (lukewarm)-1 cup
Active Dry Yeast- 1 1/2 tsp

In a bowl mix milk,yeast and butter.Keep aside for 5-8 minutes.
After 5-8 minutes.Take a bowl add Flour,salt,sugar,eggs and the milk mixture.Mix all nicely and knead it for 5-10 minutes if required sprinkle flour in small amount.Butter a bowl a put the dough in it and apply some butter over it too.Cover it and rest it in a warm place for 1-2 hours.
After that divide the dough in 12 equal parts.Cover the dough pieces with a kitchen towel as you work with one piece at a time.Lightly grease a  9X13” baking dish with either butter set aside.Take each piece of dough and roll it in a smooth ball, place the ball folded side down in the greased baking dish, cover the baking dish with a kitchen towel so that the formed buns won’t dry out.Once you have all the rolls in the baking dish, cover them with plastic wrap and allow them to sit in a nice warm place for about an hour or until they are about one and half times bigger than the original size.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.Once the rolls have risen, bake them for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Brush them with melted butter immediately when they come out of the oven.Serve hot.
