Bhuna Teekha Murg




Chicken(W/B) – 500 gms
Finely Chopped onion – 1 medium
Finely Chopped garlic – 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped ginger – 2 tbsp
Grated tomato – 1 medium
Whole green chillies – 6-7
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Chicken masala – 1 tbsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Refined oil

Marinade the chicken with salt,half turmeric and lime juice.Keep aside for atleast 2 hours.

Heat oil for frying.Fry the chicken pieces till light brown and keep them in a tissue.
Heat some oil and saute chopped onion till golden brown,then add ginger and garlic saute them together for 5 minutes.Keep the flame on slow.Add tomato,turmeric,red chilli powder,Chicken masala,chat masala,green chillies,salt and sugar cook it for 5-10 minutes or till releases oil on the sides.
Now Add the chicken pieces coat them well in the masala.Add 1/2 cup of water,cover it with a lid and cook it for some minutes till chicken well cooked.
Serve hot.
